Locate at least five references, among which at least one is from a periodical, one from a live interview, one from a book, and one (or more) of which is a web link.  Cite references appropriately.
Topics should include resources exploring topic in a depth that can be covered adequately in 12 minutes.
Relevance to global and local issues should be clearly demonstrated.
