Just type 'executive summary' into any search engine and you'll be presented with a range of templates and advice.  With that said, there are a couple of points that are pretty well universal.  The executive summary should be:

1. Clearly written and describe your business to a general audience
2. Compelling: why is this business or product needed/what makes your business special
3. Concise - the point is to summarize they key aspects of your product or business - you can go into more detail later
