Step 3: Submit Your Poster

Deadline: To have your poster printed by Oregon Tech for free, submit your PowerPoint file by 11:59pm on Monday, May 9th.

To submit your poster, you will fill out a form and upload your file in Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Before you begin, be ready with a Title and Description (100-300 words) for your poster.
  • The form will ask you for permission for a copy of your poster to be made available publicly on the web in the Oregon Tech Library's digital repository for student projects.
    • If you do not want your work to be posted on the web, or if you are under an NDA that means your work should not be shared publicly, be sure to check No under this option.

You will upload your file into this form for printing. No changes to your poster will be possible after you upload and submit the file. If the file upload fails, you can email a link to your poster file to Kristin.Whitman@oit.edu.

Submit your finished poster using this form.
