If these times are not convenient, you may book a virtual appointment with a librarian to review your poster by emailing PMLibrary@oit.edu.

Step 3: Submit Your Poster for Printing

The Portland-Metro library is covering all poster printing costs for students. To have your poster printed for free, submit your file by Wednesday May 22nd, 2024.

Submit your finished poster for printing here. This form is for Portland-Metro only!

The form will ask you for permission for a copy of your poster to be made available publicly on the web in the Oregon Tech Library's digital repository for student projects. Check "no" for this option if your work is under a non-disclosure agreement.

If the file upload fails, you can email a link to your poster file to PMLibrary@oit.edu. Note: the library will alert you when your poster is printed so you can come view it.  However, we keep the poster until the day of the event, and we will hang it up on a posterboard for you.

Step 4: Attend the Portland-Metro IDEAfest!

On the Portland Metro campus, the IDEAfest event will take place on Wednesday May 29th, 2024 from 4:00-6:30pm in Rm 120, check the website for the latest details and be sure to look specifically for the Portland Metro info.
