WRI 227: Technical Report Writing

Before you start to search for articles and websites:

Formulate a preliminary research question. If you have difficulty with this, librarians or your instructor are glad to help.
From your question identify 2-3 meaningful keywords or concepts that best describe your topic. These are usually nouns and active verbs. Always keep an eye out for new keywords and concepts as you search so you can retrieve better results.

Do you need help with choosing search terms? Contact a librarian.
